Chiropractic Care and Tension (Stress) Headaches
Chiropractic treatment (adjustments) is a most effective treatment for tension headaches. Click here for study. Tension headaches are the most common cause of headaches. Muscles in your neck will tighten when you are under stress. This can pressure the nerves in the back of your head, where the neck muscles attach to the bottom of your skull, causing pain.
Chiropractic adjustments help relax these muscles. This reduces stiffness and inflammation, reducing pain.
